As an ICF-certified coach, I use proven coaching techniques as the foundation of our work together. When it serves your journey, I may introduce mindfulness practices or psycho-somatic breathwork exercises to deepen awareness, release blocks, and create a stronger mind-body connection. Every tool is chosen with intention—because your path is unique, your experience will be, too.
Each session typically lasts between 50 and 60 minutes and takes place online in a safe, private space—just you and me, fully present. We’ll begin with a free 15-minute discovery call, where we get to know each other and explore your goals, your needs, and what the journey could look like. This is your time to ask questions and see if the chemistry feels right. From there, you can choose a single session or a package—whatever best supports your growth.
